Photo Booths are catching on as the in-thing for celebrations of all types including weddings, graduations, proms, dances and practically any form of celebration. The photo booth is a great icebreaker and is always the biggest entertainment “hit” at an event. They are fun, different, and allow for guests to take home a personal memento from the evening. The Steady Photography Photo Booth has been custom designed and built especially for us with the best possible equipment. All your guests will have to do is get in and smile, and your personal on-site attendant will do the rest. It is a stand-up style booth which means you and up to five of your friends can fit comfortably inside. Our booth automatically takes four consecutive high quality digital images, and within minutes will print two photo strips.

Our photo booth can be rented by the hour, with a two hour minimum, and every rental includes unlimited photo booth sessions and an on-site attendant to help ensure that your guest maximize the photo booth experience. Best of all, at the conclusion of your event we will provide you with digital copies of all the photos taken on CD and also place them all in a secure online gallery on our website. There your guests will be able to view them, purchase them, or even Facebook them. We will also personalize your photo strips with names, corporate logos, party titles, etc.

The Steady Photography Photo Booth had the pleasure of being at quite a few local High School proms this past season and it was always a huge hit all around. We had students taking picture after picture with all of their friends and the booth wasn’t empty all night. It was a great addition to their prom experience. CT Wedding- The Barn at Wesleyan

What a great day! We started at the chapel on the Trinity College campus and then to the reception at The Barn at Wesleyan. To top it all off there was a Beatles cover band and photo booth at the reception. Speaking of photo booth…keep checking back over the next two weeks we will be announcing a contest to win our photo booth!!

On to the day….Courtney and Tyler’s Wedding!

BTW- The shot of the Royal Couple is one of my favorites…it makes me laugh every time I look at it…unfortunately I can’t take credit…that was totally Courtney’s idea.

Amarante’s Wedding New Haven, CT- The Candy Table

My last wedding of the year was on October 23 at Amarante’s Sea Cliff in New Haven CT. In honor of Halloween, the bride and groom put out a candy table for the guests. It was a big hit. Jose, the banquet manager, asked for some of these pictures…I guess it was such a big hit that they are planning on offering it to other couples. The rest of Kerri and Jeff’s wedding is up next.

Teresa and Eric-Owenego WEdding Branford CT

Here it is…Teresa and Eric’s wedding day. The weather didn’t cooperate early, but luckily we caught a break for about 20 minutes at the Owenego (Branford, CT) and we were able to do a few portraits outside. This was one of the most fun groups I have ever worked with. Everyone had a blast, including me.

When I first met with Teresa and Eric they told me (actually more like warned me) that thier wedding was going to be a huge party!! Both of them are Irish and had more than 30 family members flying in from Ireland for the event at the Owenego in Branford, CT. They didn’t lie, but before I post their wedding photos…here are some of the engagement photos that we did at the Supply Pond in Branford. Luckily they are both good sports since the first spot we found for pictures was already occupied…by a very big snake. Needless to say, we all moved pretty quick and found a new spot!!!

Fox Hopyard Golf Club, East Haddam CT- Dru and Krissy Wedding Preview

Here is a quick preview of Dru and Krissy’s wedding at the Fox Hopyard Golf Club in East Haddam CT. It was the first time that have shot a wedding at the Fox Hopyard Golf Club and the scenery was gorgeous…I love shooting on golf courses. More photos to come later.

Who is Shooting Your Wedding?

Since Andrea and I have been engaged, the number one question I have been asked is who is going to shoot your wedding? Well the answer is Eric Foley of Eric Foley Photography. Not only is he a great shooter, but also a Red Sox Fan, which was a requirement (at least for me, not Andrea who is a die hard Yankee Fan). Here is a link to Eric’s website and his blog.
